Instructions on setting up a new poll

  1. A little before 9 Pacific/Midnight Eastern Post new thread, quickly mention rules. Make sure you check to have a poll with the right amount of options
  2. It'll take you to the pollscreen, do [ed]article name[/ed] for each entry, do not typo. Also make sure multiple choices are available if it's an early round.
  3. At the turn of the hour close the old poll with the annoying Obama image linked above, say what the results are in it.
  4. Stick the new poll, unstick the old poll and add closed poll to the beginning of it
  5. Edit the options here saying the amount of votes each one got and what place it got if it advanced, cross off dead articles.
  6. Edit the templates of the old articles. Turn ED5's into ED5F's for those still alive, remove the template for those that are dead.
  7. Edit the ED5L template so the link points to the active poll.
  8. Change the ED5F's to ED5 on the active articles.
  9. Seeds at User:Sheneequa/Tops/Bracket

This process takes me 15-30 minutes.
