This article is snoresville. Seriously, someone should just delete this bullshit for the good of the lulz. This animu artiste doesn't even have a gallery of weird, fucked up, sexual fetishes. And he's got a girlfriend. And he's popular amongst teh anime fags. And where's the blatant acts of retardation on his part when getting "trolled"? Where's the quirky, unintentionally humorous quotes? Where's the fail? Where's the epic deception? Where's the meltdown? It's like one group of art-tards gets all jealous and up in a snit cause he's making shinier art than them, so they retaliate by making an ED article, and he basically laughs at you, shrugs, and goes about his life without even giving you idiots a second thought, all the while you're still standing the fuck around wondering what the fuck just happened. You lost, he won, get the fuck over it already. This kid is like one in ten billion going around making shiny, cookie cutter, animu art and selling it off at conventions, he isn't any more interesting than all the other countless faggots out there doing the EXACT SAME THING. Fuck, he's not even a furry! --Flippant 06:49, 16 September 2008 (CDT)

  • We'll listen to you once you actually contributed a damn thing. Besides, doesn;t his hypocrisy even count? PROTIP: Typing EPIC in your files doesn't make them so.--Iforgotmypassword 00:05, 12 February 2009 (UTC)

Ramy recently showed up at shirt.woot.com and seems to clean up in the derbies on a surprisingly regular basis, doing the same cutesy/desu shit (see [1], [2] -- yes, he took both first AND second in this week's derby, [3], [4]). Sadly has a good idea every now and then but they don't print. I guess his suspected alternate accounts are not numerous enough to elect him the winner of that week's derby contest (just creating new accounts doesn't help; you have to purchase an item before you can vote in the derby). "With an unrivalled string of collaborative hits, Shirt.Woot members sekiyoku and ramyb have become the Ruth/Gehrig, Lucas/Spielberg, and Hall/Oates of the Derby. This shirt joins Birth of the Moon, Two Fish Who Are Red And Blue, Grim Optimism, and Over-Crowded Elevator on the sekiyoku/ramyb hit parade." - shirt.woot "About the Artist(s)" blurb; Ramy and the girl are cocreating again. Worth noting because derby winners get $1000 for the initial day of printing, plus $2/shirt for sales after the first day. Vannevar 18:19, 24 January 2009 (CST)

I tried to read the article and got bored and confused and registered an account to say so. Just so you know. I also got bored and confused reading the above comment about t-shirts or something. Please either try harder or stop trying so hard, kthx. Fizat 17:20, 19 February 2009 (UTC)

Ramy at Anime expo '09

I was at Anime expo '09 on the last day and came across a woman managing Ramy's table at the artist's alley. I told her lies like "Ooh these are amazing! Are you the original artist? @w@" And she replied "Oh thanks! Me and my brother make them together". The thing is, this chick looked nothing like the Amuria I have seen in pictures. She was white, she had long, brown hair. Does anybody have a lead? I saw some of his art at a couple other tables as well. It wasn't until A few minutes later I saw Ramy himself at the booth. Has anyone else here attended other Anime conventions and had a similar experience? Zombee 01:40, 6 July 2009 (UTC)

  • Saw him too actually. But at the moment, I had no clear idea on how I should troll him. Oh well, there's always a next time.

  • The white girl with the long brown hair is his sister, not sylvia / amuria - I got that confirmed this weekend at Otakon by asking around. She (amuria) is asian with long long black nappy hair that goes all the way down her back. EDsingers 04:16, 20 July 2009 (UTC)EDsingers
