Eyeburn is the feeling of horror caused by images or video of furries, Goatse, fatties, Rule 34 porn, stupid DeviantArt shit, Pain Series, etc. Like sunburn, its effects are cumulative with prolonged exposure, and your soul will become wrinkled and leathery. Building up an immunity to eyeburn essentially involves part of your humanity shriveling up and dying.
