A portmanteau coined by Bart from The Simpsons. Has been old meme for quite some time, although some people don't know that.

The popularilty of craptacular led to the psuedo suffix "tacular" being tacked onto a multitude of different words - shittacular, asstacular, mantraintacular, etc, resulting in a new, more retarded word. Kids - don't try this at home.
