Child Welfare, also known as Child Protective Services is a refuge of liberals, leftards and hippies who because of republican pwnage of the political system are largely irrelevant in the real world.

History

Ostensibly an agency dedicated to helping children, it actually, is the only place where these societal derelicts can exercise any powar. Unfortunately, said powar is not exercised over the rightful objects of their wrath, rather, it is exercised only on Caucasians who cannot afford lawyers. The actual level of services to children is marginal at best, usually consisting of experimenting with various types of medication to keep them relatively subdued, or removing children from an abusive home environment and putting them in an abusive foster home environment.

"Helping" the community

Child Welfare agencies have a unique knack for not noticing, or ignoring children in actual danger, especially children from minority groups. These children usually endure rather grisly torture, and assured an early death. However, they manage to come calling at your door when your child falls and ends up with a bruise.

Being largely populated by liberals, most Child Welfare Workers are cowards, and their lack of service to minorities, strongly indicates that they are racist, as well. They are afraid that they will come to harm at the hands of enraged Negroes or Mexicans, so they assiduously avoid them. many are Jews, so anyone who looks like a skinhead is avoided, as well. Regular Caucasians without lawyers can expect a Child Welfare Worker to show up at their door with a couple of policemen in tow. Being IRL cowards, they also avoid the intarwebs, due to the likely fact, that if the right disgruntled individual managed to find them, they would likely regret it. Many agencies run obsolete Windows systems due to "budget constraints".

Law

Child Welfare agencies operate under their own separate legal system, as most accusations they make are hearsay, and would not stand up under the scrutiny of actual normal humans, and most offices are well staffed by armed police and fitted out with metal detectors. Agencies are not accountable outside themselves, the only possible means of combatting them is IRL Trolling.
