Togi-chan (born May 1, 1986 )is your typical camwhore. She has retained some mediocre notoriety on 4chan for being a slut easily entertained by the prospect of overweight nerds jerking off to her nipples the size of dinner plates and her cunt which loosely resembles a bucket of cow tongues coated in bat semen, garnished with cat piss and smegma.
To many, Togi-chan is considered the poor mans Velma-chan; a woman similar in appearance to Togi-chan, though thinner, much better maintained, lacking bologna nipples, and likely having a vagina not infested with centipedes.
In real life, Togi-chan is actually very small. Her breasts, which appear large and saggy in photographs, look small and saggy. She stands around 5'1", 115lbs. While it's true she looks better IRL, it makes the pictures of her seem that much worse due to having frame of reference for the added pedo factor.
