An image-based meme involving shoops of a random celebrities/notables wherein the eyes and mouth of the subject are dwarfed. And, of course, a tiny mouth speaks different now doesn't it? Hence "Woll Smoth" - the original incarnation of the meme. Unfortunately it has also spawned a new monor of spoking thut os unbolovobly rutordud. To create one of these wacky new likenesses it requires about 10 minutes of free time, about a day's worth of experience with Photoshop, and no fucking life.

One reason the meme became the massively entertaining success that it is now the cancerous bullshit that it is, is partly a result of unfunny namefags (for example this fag) who, having a fair amount of time on their hands, embarked on a quest vandalized the Will Smith page on TOW changing the name heading to "Woll Smoth", and substituting the above juicy picture with Smith's publicity photo. In short, Woll Smoth is a meme that refuses to die as a result of the determination of a collection of 13 year old boys.
