Of what nationality is Brock from Pokémon?
Some say Asian, some say African, and some even say Mexican! The truth is there is no concrete proof to support any of these claims. That's why some idiot decided to create the "What is Brock" community forums. A place in which the greatest minds of the internetz come to waste jesus loads of time having intelligent debates about the true ethnic background of Brock.

History
It all started out on a peaceful day, a man and his pals were hangin' out at the lunch table at school and were havin a good ol' conversation. Eventually they get to Pokémanz, when the question comes up... Of what nationality is Brock from Pokémon? Now they threw that around for a while and of course they came up with the basic assumptions of his blackness and japaneseness. Most of them decided to leave it at those assumptions but not one man. One person was plagued by the question. He left for many a forum in search for the answer. always creating a new account, always asking the same question.
When no one could answer his question and threw him out he started to go mad. He spent lonely days locked up in his dungeon of a room with that one question bouncing around his head. Drawing up complex charts with his own blood, with no progress being made whatsoever. Eventually he created a forum for the sole purpose of answering his question. He set out to collect members to help him on his quest but none came and instead laughed at his madness.
Many years have passed since then and the fellow had long since forgotten about those horrible days. He started new hobbies and made many friends. Later he even made a youtube account and gained lots of fans for his entertaining videos. However when all was well and he was at his happiest it happened. On one of his trips down memory lane as he looked back at all the good times he had come across a dusty old box. Inside it he knew not what it was so he looked in. And when he saw inside was the old "what is Brock" collection it all came rushing back. The madness and the insanity of those olden days ran through his mind to haunt him once more.
Progress
The board's lead Brocktitions are hard at work eliminating possible races from the large list they are presented. The list is as follows.

Government Conspiracy
While there is great hope for the future, the government is beginning to issue threats to the board and it's members. Threats saying that further Brock research is an act of treason, and will result in war most lul worthy. But those of the forum have given no signs of slowing down, and the destructive lul'fare is beginning to grow imminent. The leader of the board has said the following on behalf of the board and all it's members.
