Hello Ms. Girlvinyl, Queen of the Internets and all else irl,
I am writing to let you know that I really want to come to Lulzcon, but I have a couple of stipulations first that need to be addressed.
1.) I have to work on Saturday from 9-5, and since I work in Shorewood, IL, I probably wouldn't be able to get back to hotel until 6:30 or 7 depending on what's going on at the dealership. 2.) Since I live in Chicago, do I have to stay in a hotel room? That would be pointless, expensive, and devoid of lulz to make credit card =(

I have a question...
Since you're the Designated Agent, I thought you'd be the one I'd ask. What wiki software do you use for Encyclopedia Dramatica? Do you use Media Wiki, or did you or a team design it all? Reason I'm asking is that I plan on making a site similar to this, but aimed more at college students since I'm a student in college, and I'd like to make a wiki-based site for notes and such. I'd like to make it like Encyclopedia Dramatica since the code language is easier to remember than Wikipedia's, and because Wikipedia has the problem with people being able to edit pages without registering.

Sorry for your travails
I recently discovered ED in the last few days or so and was enjoying much of the humor in it and had been logging in to the ED irc server.
My guess is that a lot more has taken place than what I have been shown publicaly, so I wanted to take the time to express my appreciation for your project anyway.
While I can't really help in creating pages or in systems administrating I will find a way to donate a few dollars.

I've always been pretty damned amused by ED so I feel like a right spoilsport asking about this, but I was recently directed to this article: http://www.encyclopediadramatica.com/Gazette The problem is that it uses one of my paintings without my permission (the third picture down, of the guy with the fox ears and the white hair). I actually thought it was hilarious and I was really quite tickled by the fact that it had been put there, but it's still my painting (god knows how anyone found it, hidden in the depths of my dA scraps gallery - yes, I'm a TARTlet ;)) and I know you folks dislike removing images - I don't really mind it being in the article, but at the very least I wouldn't mind a bit of credit in some form or another to http://foxbane.deviantart.com Attention whoring ahoy, y'know. ;)

My next step is to call a lawyer. I know many have laughed at me by wanting to call an internet lawyer, but I have called one and he has informed me that since this image was lifted and posted without my permission in a malicious manner, that I do have a case.

My only useful template has been erased by a vandal. I'd like to find out who it was, because I was told my template was "needed" because of the amount of redlinks featured in numerous articles. We've been a long time fan of æ, and have enjoyed the shitty site for many a year, so I do like the idea that we can contribute to the lulz. (By we, I mean my fellow local *chan-tards and I)

Granted considering the name of this site I am not expecting much in the way of sympathy to our plight but I can always hope for humanity to prevail. This posting is part of a systematic harassment by a group of people against our group. Essentially it has devolved to the point of legal action including but not limited to liable, defamation and soon to be harassment. Action has been filed against one already and several more once our investigators discover or firm subpoenas their address. Please understand, this is in no way meant to be a threat against you our your site, I am just trying to let you know how bad things have gotten and how utterly frustrated we are. So if there is anyway this can be removed and the parties blocked (yes I realize the temporary nature of this action but it would be nice). In any event, I thank you for your time.

Will you please check the Christmas article, or ask an active sysop to look over my edits? It was labeled as crap, I tried to do something new with it, and some humorless dork named white mystery reverted about an hour of work within three minutes. Hi. Im new here, and as I looked through the admin section I noticed a link at the top of your page to leave a message for you, so I clicked it, and voila, I was linked here. If this is an inappropriate forum in which to ask advice than I apologize in advance, and promise not to do it again. I recently edited the article on ADHD, and was just wondering if this was the kind of thing that you guys are looking for. I'm not very good at judging my own humor. I was hesitant to rewrite the article entirely as I've done very little else around here. However, when I signed up, it was listed as an article that could use some work, so I thought I'd give it a shot. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Hey, Girlvinyl. I have a request that hopefully can be fulfilled. Unfortunately there is an image on the article Sonic the Hedgehog that belongs to me, and quite frankly, don't want associated with my name anymore. Of course, it's porn, that being the reason. I've dropped that nasty bit after understanding how messed up the whole thing was. I'm an avid ED reader and do my best not to be a insertwordhere-fag of any sort. :) The file in question is "rougetails2.png" I would very much appreciate if this could be removed.
