¢. Since you already have a lolsuit in the works, it appears you're all set and just need to kick back, relax and let your lawyers fight it out with ours.
Howevar, if you would like to speed things up, you can plead your case directly to the Board of ED and discuss the possibility of getting said article altered and/or removed via an #arbchat on IRC.
If you are unfamiliar with the concept, it is -in simple terms- an 'arbitration' hearing between the plaintiff (you) and the 'management' of Encyclopedia Dramatica in a private chat room session at a time convenient for all.
