A transgender person, or "tranny," is a type of otherkin who, rather than believing themselves to be dragons or 9-dicked cats, believe themselves to be the opposite gender of the genitals they posses. Some transgendered persons are transsexuals, who've mutilated the shit out of the genitals they were given at birth for those of the opposite sex. The rest usually don't do anything about having been born with the wrong plumbing.
Recent evidence also shows that goths and NASCAR viewers make up about 90% of all those who decide to make the change.

Trannies can be divided into two sub-species: Natural Trannies and Wannabe Trannies.

Of course no tranny is really "natural" amirite??
Natural trannies are people who were born as the result of Mpreg and AIDS and because God is punishing them, have fallen between the lines that divides men from women. The most common form of trannies are:
- Hermaphrodites
- Androgynous: May be a genuine man or woman - but they certainly don't look like their chosen gender. Someone who doesn't know what the fuck it is. ¯\(º_o)/¯
[edit] Wannabe Trannies
People who were form fully male or female but decide to switch gender because of their faggotry. These creatures are not transgender but transsexual - but give a flying fuck so long as we can laugh and point at these mutilated abortions:
- An FTM transsexual: a woman who has tried to become a "man". Usually resembles Macaulay Culkin or a pre-pubescent boy in general.
- An MTF transsexual: a man who has tried to become a "woman". Your square jaw and receding hairline aren't fooling anyone, though.
Drag queens are sometimes considered transgendered, though expressing this viewpoint to a drag queen might get the Lucite heel of a size-14 stiletto up your ass.
It is common sense to believe that trannies are simply homosexuals that didn't get enough buttsecks and figured that they would try as the other gender, but this is simply not so. Transgenderism is caused by the same thing that causes otherkin, furries, and Asperger's Syndrome: the desire to be special.
