Threatening suicide

Comment whores and attention whores get attention by threatening suicide. Commonly practiced by the usual suspects as well as goths and cutters.

When someone threatens suicide, they leave failure open as an option. This is different than actually attempting suicide, where someone actually assumes that they will be saved by their loved ones, often becoming an hero in the process.

It is also another symptom of the Dramatic Personality Disorders. Easy to spot, hard to stop. Feeding their need for attention is about the only objective of this action.
