Talk:Nathan Satan
From Encyclopedia Dramatica

Relevance
WTF does this have to do with the internet or drama? The article isn't funny. It isn't relevant to other articles and is far too tl;dr in the first paragraph for anyone to care about. Put it on Wikipedia where it belongs
Self-redirected
is it supposed to be funny that 90% of the links in the article redirect to itself?
What
What the fuck is this shit? Where are the lulz? For that matter, where's the fucking English language and/or a reasonable facsimile of Wiki markup?--hardvice (talk) 03:00, 5 May 2005 (UTC)
- You should sue. --無 03:10, 5 May 2005 (UTC)
- I'm thinking about trying to make it funny, or at least well done, but goddamn, it's hard when the funniest part of the alleged drama is that somebody cared enough to write it up (and edit it nine million times).--hardvice (talk) 03:19, 5 May 2005 (UTC)
- I'm waiting for the edits to stop. I personally think that it has a place on this site, and I don't think that it necessarily needs hard rape to be funny, but it's rambling and non-engaging as it is and requires structure and flow. It's a legitimate piece of off-site drama that might not be immediately gratifying to most of the editors or readers here, but I think that the in-house circle jerk game is losing its appeal and we should definitely encourage others to post something that isn't in our immediate knowledge sphere without completely raping it for our own amusement. That and if Natan gets a wind of it through Google the lulz will be off the scale. --無 03:24, 5 May 2005 (UTC)

- It requires serious attention to punctuation and grammar, it's a boring rant, but I hope Ghostlight is right and the subject discovers it soon so we can all have some fun. I'm going to try to help... --Scarletto the sock puppet talk to Scarletto 03:28, 5 May 2005 (UTC)
- iawtc. It's def. redeemable—just awful as-is. Also, the edit floods are making me cranky, although that might just be studying for exams. Also, [[lol]ling hard at ur various redirects to it.--hardvice (talk) 03:39, 5 May 2005 (UTC)
- Erm, the redirect flood is no better, and do we really want all those things redir'ing to an article that is as lame as this one?--Alex¯jon 03:41, 5 May 2005 (UTC)
- As I mentioned, I plan to edit this article severely once User:Mother Demdike appears to have stopped 'fine-tuning' the article. I've already got several ideas on how to fill ceremonial magic, and I'm sure I can find other bits and pieces of non sequitur to goad some of the rest into interest. --無 03:45, 5 May 2005 (UTC)
- If you edit ceremonial magic, please make sure you leave a link to this article for the reason stated below. --Scarletto the sock puppet talk to Scarletto 04:09, 5 May 2005 (UTC)
- The more redirects, the more hits and higher ranking on google, so that the subject is more likely to find it and provide lulz for us all. --Scarletto the sock puppet talk to Scarletto 03:48, 5 May 2005 (UTC)

Hardvice, I've already made my suspicion known that Mother Demdike is Nathan Satan and that this article is an extraordinary form of self-promotion. Are you suggesting that Nathan Satan suckered himself/herself into paying $650 for a phoney "witchcraft" course? --Scarletto the sock puppet talk to Scarletto 05:04, 5 May 2005 (UTC)
- I'm not Harris, and I only bought the book, not the bullshit. As you can tell I am a novice editor here, thanks for your, ahem, patience and help ;) Mother Demdike
- In case anyone was curious, "Mother Demdike" is the name of a witch, which should quite easily confirm Aussie's suspicion. --Badlydrawnjeff 14:00, 10 May 2005 (UTC)
LOL, Edit Wars!
And so it begins...--hardvice (talk) 09:35, 5 May 2005 (UTC)
AM I THE ONLY ONE SICK OF SEEING THIS ARTICLE ON THE UPDATE PAGE?
seriously, fucking stop it. --kh/ what 19:46, 5 May 2005 (UTC)
- I'm with you KH --Quasidan 00:05, 6 May 2005 (UTC)
- Is it time to protect it for a while so that everyone can move on to new projects? I think it's a fairly well-developed article now. I like the subheadings (or at least the fact that there are subheadings). --Scarletto the sock puppet talk to Scarletto 01:52, 6 May 2005 (UTC)
- I've had my fun editing, I am done with the article now, feel free to edit at will, remove, add, delete, whatever, I'm outta here, thanks for the shits n giggles while they lasted ;) Mother Demdike 02:44, 10 May 2005 (UTC)
