Talk:Le Parkour

If I were French this article would really offend me. After all the French don't just run away to save themsevles.
They have been known to cringe behind protected ports (e.g. the French fleet cowering in Brest, protected by booms in the Napoleonic wars), bravely and at times have taken some very definite actions to such as surrendering to and collaborating with the Germans in World War II, not to mention giving up their Jews to save themselves.
Suggesting the French merely run away instead of standing and defending themselves, really does not do full credit to the French sense of self preservation.
The sobriquet "garlic munching surrender monkeys" is after all more than the product of a few years of very atheltic running away practice such Le Parkour. It is a tradition hundreds of years old.
Credit where credit is due.
The article should at least in my opinion, mention the hundreds of years of non confrontational self preservation that the French (along with the Italians) are past masters at and have taken some centuries to perfect.
Oh and before you ask I am neither American or English.
