Talk:Last Measure
From Encyclopedia Dramatica
This article can take three different dramatic twists:
-one stating the facts, that last measure is evil incarnate online and a troll's version of biological weapons
-and one stating that last measure is a funny and popular internet cartoon that everyone who's anyone knows about. This will make the reader curious as to why he doesn't know it and he will want to click the link.
-a redirect to an external link.
Which has more lulz? --Trex 13:51, 17 Oct 2005 (UTC)
- We can't make a redirect to an external link, I asked that in the talk page of Template:Lj. It seems Mediawiki won't allow you to do that. That rules out the 3rd option. Now, as long as you make it funny, you can pick either option a) or b). If you pick Option a), (aka the funny facts) the article would be more complete. I suppose I could write something about LMOS in another section and maybe adding a list of the browsers that get pwned by LM, but it would lack the trolling spirit of ED. Option b) falls in the IDIFTL clause, so it's perfectly ok, but it would lack all the history behind all the drama created by LM on the internets. I say, go with your heart. If you pick b) and someone wants to write a non-troll article after that, we can always create another article, like Last Measure (for realz). ~ Krade 14:09, 17 Oct 2005 (UTC)
- Why a new article? One could simply say that certain groups of people got pwnt because they couldn't distinct the lulz from the jews, and were horribly transgendered into LM hating hermaphrodites + some drama details.. Facts can always be constructed by summing up some lulzy "facts". ~ Banaan 16:26, 25 Oct 2005 (UTC)

At first I was expecting a delightful romp through what a lastmeasure is, but this article is 941324 times better than that. Congrats to the author(s). zombie_bomb 05:21, 15 July 2006 (UTC)

Last Measure (For Realz)
Okay, long ago it was founded by a member of the GNAA, named after the final program function in the hacking tool AIM Invader called 'Last Measure' that flooded someones screen name from every possible angle, causing them to crash nearly every time.
Eventually adapted into a shock site, first version contained goatse, tubgirl, penisbird, etc etc and HEY EVERYBODY IM LOOKING AT GAY PORNO .wav
Has been used on raids against gaia, ebaumsworld, habbo, ytmnd, and much more. it's the prime link weapon in a troll's arsenal. The newest version additionally opens up Outlook Express with emails entitled "HEY EVERYBODY IM LOOKING AT GAY PORNO" and tries to execute 'Send to All' command. It also steals whatever you had on your clipboard and sends it back to the GNAA HQ (it's out there, but I lost it)
If someone wants to make Last measure (for realz) go right ahead.

- Last Mesure is a good way to see how secure your "Secure" browser is when you wanna go do. ..stuff. It's the last place I go when I'm configuring a browser. The shitstorm and anal bleeding tells me that I'm doing it wrong! You love the Pepperoni Ham and Cheese Pizza <3 08:59, 10 July 2008 (CDT)
With computers being as fast as they are today...
LM isn't quite as effective as it used to be. Unless you're a complete idiot and don't know how to kill a process. Therefore, I propose a new, improved version that eats up memory and CPU. I may be able to do this myself. I'd need to brush up on PHP and Flash though. --Cockholster 12:18, 1 September 2007 (CDT)

http://aimtools.serialchiller.org/ needs config?
Seems like the link at http://aimtools.serialchiller.org/ needs config, or at least direct links to the main .php files to work fully?
- Doesn't need a config; just add "index.php" to the end of the link and have instant win. (Index.php is the file that pieces all of the bits together.) So it should look like: http://aimtools.serialchiller.org/index.php. Now don't actually click on that, it's just for reference. Enjoy!--InspectorIncognito 00:36, 10 November 2008 (CST)
