OK, I'll give you the long version without leaving anything out. You have two options: 1. Uninstall and then reinstall shockwave. 2. Step i. Shut down any Shockwave programs. ii. Open up "My Computer" and open "Tools: Folder Options" from the top bar(The one that starts with File, Edit, etc...). iii. Click on "View" in the new window that opens, and tell it to show hidden files and folders. iv. Open up C:\\Documents and Settings/YOUR USERNAME/Application Data*/Macromedia/Shockwave Player *This is a hidden file, if you do not see it, you fail at step iii, repeat it, or try method 1, above. v. Delete the folder marked "Prefs". vi. MURK L0AR!
