You know, Urban Rose, you actually seem like a decent human being. (Please also note that this website is about crude satire and the absolute freedom of speech.) It is not a hate site or a vandalism planning site. Your problem is that you are contributing to Wikipedia. WP is a dangerous cult like Scientology; it fleeces its members of their money (donations) and wastes large amounts of their time (rollbacking schoolkids making IP edits for hours on end), and for what purpose? None. There is no benefit from editing Wikipedia. You are a slave when editing WP, doing hard work without getting any pay. Don't believe me? Check out Wikipedia Review. I would recommend that you and other editors quit Wikipedia for their own good, but it's your own decision. Eventually, you may come to realise that I am right. There's a reason that admins are leaving Wikipedia at a greater rate than ever before - Wikipedia brainwashes you to think that it is a good thing to contribute to, when in reality the end result is that many people end up leaving because they become so frustrated with it. I agree that Wikipedia is far from perfect but I don't think of it as an absolute failure either. It may never be like Britannica in terms of scholarly merit, but it serves as a great knowledge base for information on virtually any subject. And assuming that Wikipedia is an absolute failure, I don't understand why you help people like Grawp vandalize then by creating accounts for him. If it's a failure, then just let it fail. No need to trample on it's grave. As for the image, I really don't care at this point and I'm not going to do anything for you to get you to remove it (but I'm still willing to hear your proposal). Here's the link - please tell me what you think of it. I agree that Wikipedia, as it stands, is a decent knowledge base, but that's no reason to contribute to it. I have more of a problem with how it operates than the actual content. Abusive admins, the propaganda used in recruiting new users, etcetera. The fact is that if you were to agree with me on this page that Jimbo's actions were abusive, that would negatively affect any future RfA you participated in (personally, if it wasn't for the recent trouble over the young earth creationism issue, I think if you went to RfA you'd probably pass right now). If User:Headstrust/Grawp isn't the real Grawp

Just some friendly advice, if I were him, I would stop claiming to be the real Grawp, as I have already contacted a certain user requesting that we be given access to his IP addresses. We already know the IP range that he operates from, and once this user responds, we will be able to track him down from any given edit and possibly get his ISP to take action against him, or possibly even get legal action to be taken against him if we can find out who he is. So if this user isn't the original Grawp (and I have my suspicions that he is really just some other nobody who saw this page and thought that claiming to be the real Grawp would be a way to create a name for himself), I suggest that he find another vandal to imitate, or for that matter get a real life and find a hobby other than vandalizing Wikipedia. And the same goes to all of those users who create accounts for him. Namely, get a life and be above lowering youselves to the position of this loser's personal lackeys. GNAA site

Just to clear things up about the GNAA site: an accurate description of what it does in IE is here—far better than what it does to Firefox, in my opinion. “If you visit that site your browser will be hijacked and a loud ‘hey guys I am watching gay porn’ will come through your speakers. Your browser will jump around—the only way to stop it is to kill the process.”

In Firefox, all it does is open about thirty new Firefox windows in rapid succession (within about five seconds), then new windows start to open at a much slower rate. I don’t even recall being able to see what the site looks like in Firefox, but in IE, it shows some nude black shemale with shit smeared over it and the words “GNAA” and some of their slogans in the background or something like that. Also, there’s that hilarious “Hey guys, I am watching gay porn!” that blares from the speakers if you go there with IE. I saw some comment from a Wikipedo that all it does in Opera is crash it without really loading anything.

Because I created them then. Like I mentioned in this article, I first started editing Wikipedia in January 2005. Had to do some searching in Wikipedia and my memory to find them. I even found a few that I know I created, but I can’t log in to them for some reason.

Template vandalism against Wikipedia

From my work of vandalism on CorpKnowPedia I have found a way to stop pages from loading (error message about the server comes up). I did this by inserting a template e.g. Template:Goatse into the pages I want to fuck up. Then I create a new template e.g. Template:HAGGER?. I then copy and paste 11 Goatse tables in it (nearly 2MB). Then I create the Template:Goatse by copy and pasting Template:HAGGER? about 100 times in it. The end result: Pages try to load 1,100 Goatse tables (nearly 200MB), which causes the server to fuck up. I propose doing this on the English Wikipedia, in part as a test to see, if we can stop a page from loading. Pick a pathetic stub that no one gives a shit about and then insert User:Hello, I’m gay/Sandbox (example of a username, others may be used) and then create a new user (e.g. User:Leader of the Underground Turtles) who creates Template: User:Leader of the Underground Turtles/Sandbox with 11 Goatse in it. User:Hello, I’m gay then creates Template: User:Hello, I’m gay/Sandbox with over a 100 User:Leader of the Underground Turtles/Sandbox. End results should stop the shitty stub from loading. Please do not reveal the usernames or the name of the article in question on this page, as it is being watched by Wikipedos. Any thoughts guys? Hagger 17:25, 21 June 2008 (CDT)

  • In theory it should work, but it depends on their template expansion settings. The wiki has a variable limit you can set on when to stop template expansions and it can be based on byte size or number of templates. On ED for instance, it stops rendering templates long before it reaches the unloadable threshold. However, templates containing a large number of large images can accomplish the same thing. See: [49] where someone did this to the threat level here. The subpage it linked to was a page containing a bunch of large gifs and it made the front page unloadable. Thanks! (Have you noticed that I haven't been editing for a week?) We should build a new wiki or forum for vandalising the internet (excluding cool websites), where by admins choose who can join, because they must do acts of vandalism beforehand requested by the admin as proof of their identity.
