1. Getting really awkward questioning from friends/associates/classmates/coworkers/relatives about the perennial gaping cuts all over your skin?

2. Somehow she has done this continuously without developing any infections at all despite so many open deep cuts on herself.

3. How on earth do you cut yourself down to the bone on your leg and still not even so much as pass out from blood loss much less hobble like that author in Misery after doing that?

4. People that do this seem to relish the shock and attention they get, but wouldn't her RL 'audience' stop her from doing this so voraciously?

5. On that idea, how could she even try to maintain a normal work pattern or attend college with all this time slashing and poking things into her skin?
