This is the adoptive mother of the 16 year old that Paul Chiptoff (aka Paul Seveng) has pursued online. I would like to make it known that the sixteen year old girl has been preyed upon by this man. She has been in the foster care system and has had no father figure in her life for a long time. She was previously allowed access to the internet with out being monitored and met Paul online. He has promised to love her, provide for her, and take care of her until he dies when she is in her forties. I would also like to clear up any confusion about his age...Paul Chiptoff is 49 years old, he turns 50 this July 2009. Paul has manipulated a young innocent and vulnerable girl into a relationship with him. As her parents we are doing everything possible to remove him from our lives and our daughter is in counseling to work through this. We have talked with this man on the phone and through email and he has no respect for us as her new parents. We ask him to please back off and discontinue contact with her and he refused. He has bought her phone cards so that she can contact him from the school payphone and also encouraged her to purchase a land line phone and hide it in her room and to purchase several prepaid cell phones.

This man is extremely creepy and this is not the first time he has pursued a young girl online. ( a previous girl from Canada) I am appalled that youtube allows him to remain a partner with them and make any amount of money from his youtube channel. I would love to see his channel removed completely.
