Spyro the Dragon

Spyro the Dragon was originally a somewhat decent platformer that was released last Thursday and has since been drained of all aspects that ever made it fun in the first place.
In the past three or so years the game has fallen victim to a terrible reboot series known as "The Legend of Spyro". These new games have spawned one of the most terrible fanbases since Sonic.

Games in the Original Series
Spyro the Dragon
The first game of the series introduced a lovable new character in a fully interactive environment with graphics that were quite impressive at the time. The graphics were what distracted millions of gamerfags from the fact that this was yet another painfully unoriginal and dull plotline. Cute hero's friends are trapped by the villain. Cute hero must run about and free his friends while collecting treasure. Total shit.
The controls were easy to master so any retard was capable of playing it, making the game and instant success.
Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage
Spyro's on yet another quest, but this time with the furry levels amped up with the addition of a dumbass anthro cheetah and a bitch with goat legs along with other insignificant characters scattered throughout the game. The villain of this game has spawned one of the most batshit insane fangirls to ever roam the interbutts http://riptoempress.deviantart.com.
Spyro 3: Year of the Faggon
Spyro goes on yet ANOTHER quest to rescue the dragons, only this time their BABY dragons. The furfag levels are boosted a little more when a rabbit bitch is introduced as the cheetah's yiff interest. This game wasn't much different from any of the others other than the addition of certain levels that you can play as other various furfag that have somehow come to be friends with Spyro.
The Legend of Spyro
There were other games after the first three, but at the risk of tl;dr we'll move on over the the horrible reboot for the PS2. Elijah Wood voices Spyro. You've been warned.
A New Beginning
The first of the reboot series. Spyro's egg is a special one that was foretold within a prophecy. The elder, Ignitus, must send the egg away so the villain (who's a fucking MONKEY) cannot destroy it. Spyro is found and raised by a family of dragonflies and has an annoying step-brother who is voiced by David Spade.
The main villain in this game is a gothic female dragon called Cynder who has inspired more recolored fan characters than Amy Rose.
Many fans BAWWWWW'd about Spyro's new look and went and complained about it, while many 13-year-olds simultaneously creamed their pants over Cynder and immediately went to work creating armies of horrible mary-sues.
The horribly repetitive and mind-numbingly unoriginal sequel. There's not much to be said other than Cynder becomes even more emo, the annoying dragonfly goes through yet another voice change, and Spyro is wasting his time going after Cynder so he can rape her.
At the end Spyro, Cynder, and Sparx get trapped in crystal.
Dawn of the Dragon
By far one of the worst games to ever exist. After being trapped in a crystal for three years an army of bug people release them and chain them together with a pair of magical green snakes. The dragonfly, now voiced by a nigger is found by the OMG! SO NEW AND IMPROVED VERSION of the dumbass cheetah(also voiced by a nigger).
The graphics are terrible on any platform other than PS3 and Ecksbawkes. Some scenes are practically carbon copies of scenes from Lord of the Rings. It is one of the crappiest fantasy games in the history of the universe.
The Fanbase
The series (mostly the Legend of Spyro) has one of the most annoying fanbases on the internet which mostly resides on Deviantart. Seriously. Simply type "Spyro" into the search bar and prepare yourself for massive MSPaint eyerape. The goggles will do NOTHING!
