Shitlist

Shitlist is a community on LiveJournal, entirely dedicated to bitching about how much you hate your mother for not letting you see Panic at the Disco, or your best friend for basically being your best friend. It's filled with a bunch of teenage girls who think they are unique (just like everybody else on Shitlist) with an original taste in music who all hate their parents and their friends for being so nice to them, and use the community as their own personal journal.
Shitlist was originally started as a community to let out some frustration every once in awhile, but soon turned into the shithole that it is today. Occasionally, a troll will come along and try to set things straight, but many of the regulars get butthurt and try to "pwn" them with unfunny "wit" and excessive use of acronyms. Some pretend they know every internet meme known to man, but not very many know anything past "the internet is serious business". They may post the macros, but everyone knows they got them from icanhascheezburger.com.
Shitlist also has a sister community, weloveit, a place where everyone posts about how much they love buttsecks or bullshit like that. It is also linked to anonquestions.

History
After an attempt on finding the background information on Shitlist, it turned out that nobody really cared enough about Shitlist to keep tabs on shit nobody cared about.
Members
There are over 9,000 members on Shitlist, but with the help of their most memorable moments on Shitlist, we can narrow it down to the more infamous ones:
- birdboys Ex-mod who constantly abused power. Not very well-liked, but whenever (s)he posted, everyone kissed his/her ass, for fear (s)he might ban them. Once went into the 2006/2007 New Year's Eve Shitlist AIM chat and banned everyone that was in the chat room from Shitlist for no reason. Stuck on Jack Marin's ass and constantly pissed all over people if they didn't stalk the shit out of him. Posts occasionally.
- applehate Gender unknown. Considered to be a huge cunt. Spends most of their time now on Topicless, being a condescending bitch to others. Obsessed with themselves. Looks like a crackhead's accidental baby from a rape.
- lafille_danse Probably one of the shittiest excuse for a human being ever. Made her grand appearance on Shitlist by posting about how her ex-boyfriend was dating a fattie, and made a lot of people butthurt. Is a fattie herself. Soon became a giant (srsly) slut with said ex-boyfriend and got knocked up. Cried about it for days on Shitlist. Once was abandoned a "Mexican crackhouse" and cried about it because a "fat bitch helped her get home". Was trolled, which brought the lulz. Soon found out that she was having a miscarriage, and cried about it forever and ever on Shitlist, until people got fed up and told her to stfu and gtfo. Hasn't been heard from since.
- locklover Also fondly known as "cocklover". Gained infamy from an epic post on weloveit of a .gif from Jaws, but instead of Jaws popping out of the water, Samuel L. Jackson comes out instead. States how unfunny it is, because of the bad treatment of sharks this movie caused, or some bullshit like that. Lulz ensued. User breakingstory was threatened by cocklover to be reported for LJ abuse. More lulz ensued. Until the end of August 2007, was constantly taunted for being a shark rapist, especially after a truly epic post in weloveit on murders in Baltimore, or some shit like that. Is now at the name overcome_despair.
- a_sailors_grave Considered to be 2008's lafille_danse. Hates her life so much, she posted at least 100 times while on vacation with her fat friend. Did nothing but complain about how fat said friend was, and how much she hated her. Now does nothing but complain about how much she hates her parents. Was once trolled, but got butthurt and cried to the LJ Abuse Team, suspending said troll.
- lemonsherry Some pretentious whore from God knows where. Once posted about how she threw up on some guy she grinded on from consuming too much tequila, who then proceeded to ask for her number. User fredlero left a sarcastic comment, stating "classy", which then threw lemonsherry into a giant fit about opinions and freedom of speech, or something retarded. User maxvinyl then made a Shitlist, making a joke out of the whole thing, fredlero joining in. The next day, lemonsherry made the same joke, but people got annoyed and told her to gtfo, as it was already an old meme.
- geraldway Some British douchebag who spends all of her time having pedophile musicians ride on her back, and talking about every single inside joke and AIM conversation she has with her friend mirrorscrack on Shitlist. Once took it too far and pissed a few members off, who proceeded to tell them to stfu. Geraldway and mirrorscrack thought this was hilarious, thus commenting with stupid macros over and over until people got annoyed and let them do themselves in.
- 4evr_and_ever An annoying idiot who thinks having tiny font on every post is considered having an OCD. One user asked her why she had tiny font on every post she'd ever made on Shitlist, and 4evr_and_ever claimed it was her OCD. Drama and lulz soon arose. Now uses Shitlist like her own personal journal, posting about shit nobody cares about.
- bluehairedchild A homophobic douchebag who shitlisted Gay Pride. Many users, most of which are gay, or bisexual, flipped a shit, tearing her into pieces. Drama ensued, but not many lulz occurred.
Other Notable Members
- punchups Some 13 year old girl who thinks she is super indie, but is actually a pretentious preteen luser who listens to generic pop bands. Believes she is an amateur photographer because her mother buys her expensive cameras so she can take an extremely macroed photo of a flower. Intense fatass who complains about her decisions over band when it's really not problem deciding because she's too huge to march or fit in the outfits. No one really likes her, due to her weight.
- rofldani Posted Kiki Kannibal's CP on Shitlist and was surprised to find herself permabanned. Came back under another username, which was quickly IP banned. Is now under the username fiftypences. Is your average teenage douchebag.
- urkel An arrogant cunt who thinks she's sewper kewlies because she shitlisted other users who were apart of Shitlist. Thinks she is the all-knowing movie GAWD because she likes B-list movies. Was once trolled, which brought major lulz and spam.
- liquidclock Started some major drama because he shitlisted the ever-popular phrase "tbh". Thinks it's cool to stalk the shit out of other users and make fun of their appearance, when he looks like a meth-addicted scene asshole. Also think it's regal to wear nothing but Clandetine, Pete Wentz's clothing line, and pretty much look like Pete Wentz, but with
blonde hair and no balls.JK, he has brown hair now! But still has no balls.
- norrie Some retarded whore who is obsessed with being naked and taking pictures of herself in her underwear. Whines about how uncomfortable it is to have sex in the back of a Mustang, and how she might be pragnent. Brags about her excessive use of drugs and other typical teenage behavior.
- epf A typical teenager who shitlisted people who use shitlist, and BAWWWWWWW'd about how she has been homeless since the beginning of the year (yet she still has a working computer with Internet? lulz).

Trolls
Like every community, shitlist has had its share of trolls. Some spammed, some just made a couple of entries mimicking others. Either way, most of them brought the lulz. Some include:
- a_sailors_qrave A troll of a_sailors_grave. Posted only once, listing every single thing a_sailors_grave had ever shitlisted. Some users were butthurt, others had IRL lulz. a_sailors_grave got rly butthurt and whined to the LJ Abuse Team, thus suspending the troll.
- lafille_dance A troll of lafille_danse. Brought epic lulz to everyone but lafille_danse herself. Nothing was done to banish this troll.
- cocklover A troll of locklover. Brought many epic lulz as cocklover stole everything locklover had on her LJ, right down to her icon, which led locklover to put huge, ugly copyrights all over it, destroying the entire purpose of it.
- thomasvercetti A random troll obviously mimicking Grand Theft Auto: Vice City protagonist Tommy Vercetti. Brought lulz to those who only knew wtf was going on.
- quentinvancetbh Another random troll, mimicking Lance Vance from Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. Also brought lulz to those who understood where this troll was coming from.
- urkeltbqh An epic troll, who spammed Shitlist for hours with Pete Wentz's penis and making fun of every user who contradicted the troll's intentions. Many people were butthurt and probably cried to their mothers for hours before slitting their wrists.
Spinoff
Shitlist had spawned a spin-off community after an argument between user receiving, birdboys, and hormoaning, creating the community Listshit. Listshit was active for a month or so, but soon died out, proving to be an epic failure.
