Piccolo dick is an forced meme originating from 4chan's /v/ board. It started appearing daily, sometimes more frequently, thus creating the said phrase of daily dose. Most people welcomed our new overlord with awe and excitement, but apparently the mods (MODS = FAGS) weren't very fond of it, so currently trying to post an unedited piccolodick.gif yields an permaban, thus eternally solidfying piccolo dick into a successful meme. A winner is you!
It can only be speculated what kind of a mind would create such an image, even more so as why is there more of them. Nevertheless, Piccolo sure did show us that the balls are inert, but as they are not touching, it's not gay.
