How It Happened

In The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog episode "Boogey-Mania", Dr. Ivo Robotnik said "SNOOPING AS USUAL I SEE?", which had a slight stress on the "PINGAS" part. Once the humorous YouTubers behind YouTube Poop discovered AOSTH, it didn't take long until many of them abused that scene in their videos. Since then, it has been a popular fad and people started laughing their asses off hearing some fat dude with an oversized mustache and an IQ of at least 100 say the word "Penis".
