OtakuWorks has the most n00bish forum that has ever existed. The staff is full of n00bs that don't do anything but spam the forums with threads like "THE THREADS ARE BORED" and "OMG!". Most of these threads are made by the most n00bish member of the staff, Darksage, who is the top-poster due to his whole year of spamming the forums. Messages composed entirely of by "o_o", "OMG", "really?", "ditto", etc can be found on the board.
The administrators (hereafter referred to as "Badministrators") are a bunch of lazy geeks who don't give a damn about the forums or the site, which they announced would be opened months ago but never did leaving the members disconcerted.
The moderators' job is now useless as they are in fact the spammers (except for Kimeru, who decided to stay out of the mess). No topics are closed, as the Badministrators/Mob-erators currently consider no thread spam.
The sectional moderators are yet more useless, due to the large number of general moderators, and they don't even do their jobs. Take Akira Raine, one of the biggest n00bs there, as an example of this.
The members, of which there are few (basically the only people that bothers to go there is the staff), contribute to the spam with messages like "THAT's SPAM! ZOMG ZOMFG OMG!!! LOL!!!".
The biggest n00b of all, Darksage, and his spam have taken over the place and gathered many followers. They flame on people who try to use proper grammar, on people who bring up good points, and delete messages they disagree with.
A really dramatic and stupid place led and taken by n00bs.
