Shit Bricks

Shitting bricks is a common IRL catchphrase. It is so resplendent in inanity that it has crawled its way into the tubes (not a truck) and become a meme of sorts. It has been said that shitting bricks is the cause of Goatse's horrible deformity; that and copious amounts of buttsecks.

Shitting bricks has been around for at least 100 years. Brick shitting is a by-product of human emotions as diverse as fear (when confronted with an Ninjas for example), surprise (when surprised buttsecksed for example) and elation (eg. when Tory Lane gets into your bed in the middle of the night).
This is not to be confused with the sDESU DESU DESUhat, when used to build a house frequently results in collapse. Experts will tell you that a house made with shit bricks is a sandwich made of shit bricks and FAIL.

As a meme, a Shit Bricks post (also known as when you see this you will shit bricks) is primarily a minor troll in which a /b/tard plays the rest of the gang by posting something of a lulzy, informative or improbable nature. Sometimes discussion of the said image, info or premise ensues but usually when you get pwnt by OP the only righteous way to respond to a successful Shit Bricks post is with a comment such as "bricks were shat".

Another variant is the Mindfuck shit bricks post, where OP will post a seemingly innocuous image in which something of a brick shitting nature is concealed or not apparent at first glance. The thread will then evolve into a guessing game of sorts as /b/tards respond with their best guess as to what it is in the picture that would cause the shitting of bricks. Most of the time, however, there is no it and the thread will be overrun with "I'm not seeing it" posts which -in turn- leads to a nasty case of shit brick constipation.

Yet another variant is hidden things not thought about or realized. For example, "a gym in Pokemon Crystal has the design of a Clefairy", "'Lucas' is an anagram for Clause" ENGLISH MOTHERFUCKER DO YOU SPEAK IT, "path trails in Hyrule Field protect you from skeletons, a carry-over from The Adventure of Link" or "a level design in Super Mario Bros. 3 is based on Japan". Brick-shitting facts like these don't always have to be vidya game-related. For another example, Back to the Future Part II is full of foreshadowing to Part III. When Biff is in the tub in 1985, he is watching a Clint Eastwood film. Again, in 1985, the video that is a documentary of his life makes mention of Buford "Madd Dog" Tannen.
