This sick fuck hails from the city of El Paso, Texas and is known to be good friends (possibly butt buddies) with another one of the internet's most hated and shat upon, Maneaeve. He loves to masturbate to his prize creation of all time, Angelica Vanessa, and treats this shitty excuse for creativity as his own personal goddess.

He was originally banned from his account PabloTovarJr on DevianTART because he posted several pictures depicting his slut character, Angelica Vanessa, as a 13-year-old spreading her legs under a tree in the park, which he obviously fapped to all night long.

Back in 2007, Pablo Tovar Jr. attended his local anime convention. He was so filled with joy to learn he had obtained a table of his very own in the Artist's Alley! He could see the money rolling in! Angelica Vanessa would definitely earn him a fortune! Three days came and went at EPAC '07 and Pablo Tovar Jr. sold a whopping ONE print for a whole dollar!

Certainly he'd spent at least 50 dollars on prints though! And Angelica Vanessa has so many fans, what could have gone wrong? Pablo Tovar Jr. just didn't understand that he had no talent and was a disgrace to all things manga.

Frustrated and disgruntled, the talentless basement dweller left the con bitter and butthurt. Right away he went to DevianTART to cry to all his "fans" in a journal about how all the other artists that actually SOLD prints were "hacks" and "thieves" for selling their art. How dare them make profit! Pablo Tovar Jr. just couldn't accept it! Why wasn't he able to make profit!? BAWWWWWWWWWWW

“	It wasn't until after the anime con that someone started shit by posting a journal stating that all the other artists were plagiarists for selling fan art, and that had he brought fan art to the con he too could have ripped people off, because he is of course PabloTovarJr, creator of Angelica Vanessa, and that makes him l33t and able to pwn all artists under the age of 29. Or at least Pablo believes this to be so.	„

In 2008, one year later after the dramaz, Pablo Tovar Jr. got butthurt yet again. The anime con staff decided to take a different approach on how they assigned their limited tables in the Artist's Alley. Instead of first come first serve, they decided to only take people with art they thought was good enough to be in their alley.

Pablo wasn't chosen.

Right away he made a post on the con forums saying, "Since things have changed this year, I'll give my table to someone less fortunate than I. It's the least I can do for my fellow artists!", talking as if he had a table, which he never did.

He got replies that said "Oh Pablo! You're such a nice guy!" Little did these people realize he was lying out of his ass to make people think he was an awesome artist AND a nice guy.

An admin soon replied, "You can't give away something you never had.", making him look like the total douche he really is.
