MascotGuy is an asspie furfag who is known for his long term abuse of Wikipedia.
Since he is an autistic fuck, he cares shit about Wikipedia Policies and Guidelines. For over three years now he's been creating pages with over 9000 sockpuppets (less socks only than Willy on Wheels), all of which have names like "Snowball Rolling Guy" or "Mr. X's Y Goofs", all of which are inappropriate.
The TOW page about him states that his interests include cartoon characters (particularly Nicktoons, Tintin, Cartoon Cartoons, and more recently Disney), advertising mascots, bridges, grocery products, confectionery brands, restaurants (particularly McDonald's), grocery chains (particularly Wal-Mart), and concrete among other topics.
An editor stated that he had slept with MascotGuy's mother one night, when she broke down in tears over her inability to control her son's strange behaviour.
