A mangina is different from a vagina because when a woman/man/whatever starts testosterone injections his/her/whatever’s clitoris expands to the size of a small penis. This is what makes it possible for whatever to have surgery which gives them a penis. However the two surgeries currently available are so shit that most FTMs don’t get it and keep their mangina.
While this website may only be for shits and giggles there is a serious side to the subject of Mangina. FTM/F2M transsexuals (women who live as men) are simply born with a "vagina" and it doesn't somehow magically change into something else. The term, "Mangina" originally refers to the plastic surgery procedure called "Penile Inversion Technique" where the a vagina is created for a male resulting in the male vagina or as it is commonly known as the Mangina.
