HNNNNNNGGGGG or HNNNNNNGGGH is a minor forced meme, creating a few lulz, that popped up sometime in mid-2008 on /b/ when some newfag decided to make fun of some guy having a heart attack.

Additionally, this 'meme' is actually a new twist on the heart attack threads from mid-2007.

All you do is start typing whatever you were going to post, and interrupt with HNNNNNNGGGGGH in the middle of it, usually accompanied by a pictHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
