His tl;dr deviantID.
His tl;dr deviantID.

Gravnar is some weaboo who decided he’d had ENOUGH of the insensitive pigs at devianTART who kept commenting on his page with insulting shit like “thank you for the fave” …wait, what?

[edit] The declaration of WAR!!!

Gravnar liking them pageviews
Gravnar liking them pageviews

Gravnar thought that these "thank you" spammers were wasting his precious message-box time, so declared he would hide or mark as spam any similar comment which appeared on his front page. This attempt, motivated by time-efficiency, is made of fail because it means he would have to spend over 9000 times longer reporting, flagging, bitching, and creating banners than if he just shut the fuck up and deleted the message. So instead of ignoring such "thank you for the fave" comments and taking the 1 second to delete it from the message box, Gravnar decided that the attention whore devianTART culture wasn’t good enough for him and it must change... why? Ultimately, because he wants more pageviews, like everyone else. EDIT: Yes, he confirmed that. (Is 400 pageviews a lot?)

Luckily, since most people don’t give a shit about who they post to and can’t be bothered reading his TL;DR webcam and deviantID, it doesn’t have any effect and he still gets thanked. God bless those innocent attention whores. :’3

Gravnar obviously wouldn’t need to consider whether he should thank someone for faving his stuff or not – it’s so shit, why would anyone fave it? Do I spy some butthurt in all of this? (See the gallery below for additional lulz.)

[edit] The spammage starts! Oh noes!

Can someone say MA-TOO-RITY?
Can someone say MA-TOO-RITY?

The self-created WHY-SO-SERIOUS devianTART team spotted the whiny prick, and immediately started showing him some well-deserved appreciation. Unfortunately, the official devianTART anti-lulz team decided the phrase “Thank you for the fave” was NOT about art and was NOT deviantART-related, and the bannage started. Not to mention they made an exception to the rule that devianTART mods would no longer get involved in disputes between users if it can be resolved through the use of the block system or simply walking away from it. (See, devianTART mods are FLEXIBLE!)

Determined to get his way, Gravnar has been responding to comments to try and prove that he is a mature individual, regardless of how much more trolling he attracts because of the flood of fail. Apparently, it's his little section of devianTART and he can run it the way he wants to. Anyone who assumes that his webcam and ID would be made of something other than a whole lot of tight-ass rules, will just have to pay the price.

Unfortunately, despite the attempt to look mature by leaving his own comments unhidden, it just looks like he's overreacting because he's responding to NOTHING.

[edit] Honourable ‘kamikaze’ mentions

[edit] Words from the wise...

Want to know how to get around devianTART's IP-ban system? Gravnar himself mentions how...

Much like devianTART’s FAQ saying the same. # 568: I tried to create an account, but it states my IP Address is banned and will not let me continue. Why?
