GTFO means you have just been told to get the fuck out. Usually a reaction to trolls or noobish behavior, you are more than likely to be told to GTFO in your journey across the internets. Popular responses to "GTFO" are "STFU", "O RLY?", and "NO U".

The seeds of this phrase can be traced back to at least 1995 when the Seinfeld episode 7x06 The Soup Nazi aired for the first time. The character Elaine yelled "Get Out!" and knocked Kramer out of the room.

The only proper way to respond to a camwhore is to say "TITS OR GTFO" If the camwhore responds with tits, then the time has come to tell her "THX NOW GTFO."
Keep in mind that it is highly retarded to say GTFO IRL. No one will get the fuck out, and you will never have sex. srsly. Then again, noone would ever fuck you anyway, so go ahead and give it a shot.
