Daedryon (powerword: Adam Moody, gamertag: Daedryon x360a) is the self-proclaimed Prince of Madness. This Canadian sends most of his time playing computer and video games and MMO's, editing wikis, and posting on forums from his residence in Ontario. Daedryon also enjoys wrestling. Recently, Daedryon decided to quit the Internet forever. Daedryon became butthurt when Michaeldsuarez added Daedryon's pseudonym to the UESP account (yes, a pseudonym – Daedryon BAW'd even through it wasn't even his real name). Daedryon then attempted to remove his pseudonym from the article through his BFF and coincidental EDiot AnonOfTheWeek09. After failing to accomplish this, Daedryon decided to erase his entire existence from the Internet.

Gamer

Daedryon is an active gamer. He often plays MMO's such as World of Warcraft and multiplayer games such as Team Fortress 2 and Castle Crashers. On occasion, Daedryon plays single-player games such as Portal and The Elder Scrolls. In fact, Daedryon's World of Warcraft guild "Daedric Warriors" is a tribute to The Elder Scrolls. Daedryon often plays on his Xbox 360 and his Windows computer.

Of course, Daedryon's obsession with video game doesn't end with simply playing them. Daedryon has also participated in the grandest MMO out there: the Internet. He had several accounts on various forums and wikis until he decided to delete them all.

Anti-Internets

Daedryon attempts to troll 4chan.

Anti-American Canadian

Well. Here I am, sitting in front of my laptop, my mind full of things I want to say about the American people.

I've dealt with Americans face to face, and over the internet, and I have to say....I hate it.

The majority of the time, if I'm playing a game online whether it be over XBOX 360, or on online games, the minute an American player finds out I'm Canadian, its mocking time.

I've heard it all. I've been called it all. I've had the country I respect, represent and call my home, insulted. I've been told "What has Canada ever done for the world?" and "Nobody cares about Canada". I've even had British players tell me "You're lucky we Brits gave Canada to you".

Let me start off by saying this; Britain, you didn't "give" us Canada. We separated from you. Get your facts straight. Learn some history for christ sakes.

Americans, you think nobody cares about Canada? I think you've got it a little backwards. Nobody cares about America. Your country thinks so highly of itself, you're overlooking the fact that every other country in the world hates you.

Onto the "War on Terrorism". You think America is gonna win this war? You think America can take over Afghanistan? Not likely. In many of the wars of the paste many of the countries that surround Afghanistan had been taken over, yet the minute Afghanistan was targeted, whoever was fighting to capture Afghanistan, never captured it.

Afghanistan is a stronghold. In the history of every war that's ever taken place around Afghanistan, or every war that's targeted Afghanistan, no army could ever overtake it.

What I find pathetic is that America realized they cant win this war by themselves, and decided to pull us Canadians into the mix. Let's look back at a historical date; September 11th, 2001. Which country was attacked? America. Was Canada attacked? No. Why? We're not the idiots who pissed off the Taliban.

So why are we Canadians being dragged into a war we never even had a part in to begin with? Send our Canadian troops home, America, and let your own troops get decimated by the Afghani people.

Yes, that's right. I said it. I think Afghanistan is going to easily overtake America's troops, like it's done with other opposing armies in the past.

And when that happens, I'll be sitting here, in my glorious country of Canada, laughing.

Personally, I don't think Americans have any right to think that they, as a country, are better than Canada. Go to Italy and tell them you're an American, see how many people hate you. On the contrary, go to Italy and tell them you're a Canadian, and they love you. I've even seen some people from America who traveled to Italy, and claimed to be Canadians, just to avoid the hatred that is associated with being American.

Face it Americans, your country is one of the worst in the world.

I have friends that I go to college with who are from India, and Pakistan, and who came to America to go to college. They hated it. Hence why they're here in Canada. One of them had this to say, while we were talking about America:

I moved to America from India. I moved there to go to college. I hated it. I hated the country. Cosntantly, I was insulted, called a "camel jockey", or a "sand n*****", or a "towel head". So I left, moved to Canada. I love it here. Everyone treats me as if I was a Canadian, as if I was born here.

I don't think it can get any clearer than that. America is the inferior country. Canada is the superior country.

Runescape Wikia

The Runescape Wikia was once trolled by an user known as Total Rune. Total Rune was blocked and unblocked several time throughout his wiki career. Runescape wasn't the only wiki Total Rune trolled. He also trolled Wikipedia under the names of ImmortalKaine, Tyler Warren, Vampire Warrior, and Vampire Warrior II.

Coincidentally, Total Rune happened to be Daedryon's neighbor and Total Rune introduced Daedryon to the Runescape Wikia.

"SAVE_US.RSW" and "NEW_ERA.878"

Daedryon wished to join the Runescape Wikia; however, Daedryon wanted to do it with style. Being the huge wrestling fan that he is, Daedryon wanted to create a large promotional campaign following by a magnificent debut that mirrored the "SAVE_US.Y2J" campaign that led to Chris Jericho's comeback. Daedryon wanted to debut on July 8, 2008 (7/8/08, or 8/7/09 in Canada), so he decided to call the promotion "NEW_ERA.878" and "SAVE_US.RSW" during late June and early July.

Daedryon then created a NEW_ERA.878 blog and proceeded to anonymously spam "NEW_ERA.878" and "SAVE_US.RSW" all over the Runescape Wikia using proxies. Due to the spam and the proxies, all of Daedryon's edits were reverted, and Daedryon was warned by an administrator. On June 30, 2008, Daedryon left a harsh reply to that administrator:

Is this all you do? Sit in front of your computer night and day watching and reverting my edits? Face it. You need a life. On 8.7.2008, a new era will be ushered in. I will arrive. And there is nothing you can do to stop it. All your reasons for deleting my posts, such as trolling? False. I am not trolling. You have no proof of it. And I am only using proxies to conceal my identity for the time. Once 8.7.2008 rolls around, then the proxies will be no more.

After another warning created an account known as "User:NEW_ERA.878" on June 30, 2008, and left another offensive message:

Are you happy? I've made an account. Now why don't you act like a real man and talk to me face to face. What is your big problem with me? I'd really love to know, and if need be, I'll even hunt you down in chat.

As promised, Daedryon debuted on July 8, 2008, Daedryon started to edit the Runescape Wikia. On July 10, 2009, Daedryon posted the following:

Hello! Yes, I bet you remember me, and before you do anything rash, I just wanted to come and formally apologize for my shenanigans back about a week and a half ago, with the proxies and such. I was trying to be a showman, and I guess I failed pretty hard. Well, all that matters is I'm here (debuted as I said I would, 8/7/2008). So yeah, just wanted to apologize and hope all is forgiven. I give you my word that I am a good editor, and not a proxy using shenanigan-making person.

Ban

Due to Daedryon's "debut" and attitude, various users began to suspect that Daedryon is really Total Rune. Due to this, a CheckUser request was submitted, accepted, and confirmed. Coincidentally, Daedryon is Total Rune's neighbor, so it came up as a match. Daedryon and Total Rune then appeared to dispute the CheckUser results, and an argument erupted:

Daedryon even claimed to be a let hacker with the ability to destroy wikis:

In the end, there is only one thing I can say, and I say this with a heavy heart, but also with a sense of great pride; If you thought Tyler was the devil-incarnate of the wikia, you've got another thing coming. He claims to know how to hack, but I'm the real deal. I've hacked Wikia staff before and deleted entire Wikias, and I can do it again.

The argument lasted from July 11 to July 14. Finally, Sannse had enough of listening to all this bullshit, so she removed the discussion and declared the matter closed.

On August 29, 2008, Daedryon was infinitely banned from the Runescape Wikia and the "New Era" finally ended.

Castle Crashers Wikis

In the April of 2009, Daedryon joined the Castle Crashers Wikia. On April 15, 2009, Daedryon became filled with unwarranted self-importance and decided to request sysop rights from Aburnett:

Hey, at the risk of possibly screwing myself out of any future chance of becoming a sysop, I just wanted to drop you a line, and say I'd love to be a sysop (once I get more edits of course), but I see we already have a few sysops here. However, the Wikia is abit dead lately, and I haven't seen much sysop action, besides you and Crystal Lucario. So if you're thinking of de-sysopping a currently inactive sysop, I'd love to take their place, as I've been checking out the Unused Images/Categories/Templates, and other Special pages, and I've been trying to improve the overall quality of the Wikia. So yeah, that's all. Have a nice day!

Daedryon didn't have a problem with demoting another sysop in order to promote himself. Aburnett politely denied Daedryon's request, but on the next day (April 16, 2009), Aburnett gave Daedryon rollback rights. A few days later (April 20, 2009), Aburnett gave him sysop rights.

Everything was working out fine for Daedryon, but suddenly, a challenger appeared! The company behind Castle Crashers, The Behemoth, created an official Castle Crashers wiki known as Castlepedia. The Castle Crashers Wikia now had Behemoth-based competitor to deal with. Aburnett was the first to find Castepedia. On May 21, 2009, Aburnett requested sysop rights:

Hi there. I'm Aburnett, from the Castle Crashers Wiki. I might stop in now and again to help out, but right now this wiki needs some serious work! I would love to know if I could get admin rights, as right now I feel like there's only so much I can do without modifying Mediawiki:Common.css.

Of course, Aburnett didn't tell Daedryon about Castlepedia until June 11, 2009. Daedryon (over-)reacted by questioning whether Castlepedia should exist, stating that the Wikia version is better than The Behemoth's version, bossing around a The Behemoth staff member, and even requesting sysop rights:

I'm just a bit wary of this whole Castlepedia thing, as the Castle Crashers Wikia has been around alot longer (since around the time the game was released), and I've just started noticing that a Bureaucrat from the Wikia (Aburnett) recently joined and has gotten some, apparently, official weapon names from this Wiki. 24.226.21.207 21:56, 11 June 2009 (UTC)

Me?

As I stated before, I am Daedryon, a Sysop at the much better (than this Wiki), Castle Crashers Wiki. However, this Wiki does have one advantage over us. You have images straight from the game in high quality, whereas the Wikia I'm from has crappy images.

Also, our Wiki has been around longer, and I'm surprised you didn't just join our Wiki and contribute there.

Ok, I joined. I'm willing to help you guys out, but myself, and Aburnett need a favour. We need the ability to upload files so we can get some images in here, and as well, either me or Aburnett, or both, need Admin (Sysop) status, so we can edit this Wiki's MediaWiki:Common.css page to add more functionality to this Wiki (such as little Show/Hide buttons on Navboxes and such). Daedryon then got into agreement with a sysop at Castlepedia about which Castle Crashers wiki is better. The became uncivil and Daedryon tried to get Aburnett on his side.

By this time, Aburnett didn't want to become a sysop on Castlepedia anymore, but Daedryon didn't get the message. Aburnett then left the following message to Daedryon:

I'm not "bitching" about it, I simply don't want you requesting sysop powers for me. I find it irritating and immature when people go around requesting to be a sysop by saying things such as "Ok, I joined. I'm willing to help you guys out, but myself, and Aburnett need a favour. We need the ability to upload files so we can get some images in here, and as well, either me or Aburnett, or both, need Admin (Sysop) status". Your basically saying "Were better than you, so give us sysop powers." If you want to request powers like that, be my guest but please leave me out of it.

Daedryon then blocked himself and quit Castle Crashers Wikia for good. Aburnett then removed Daedryon's sysop rights and gave Daedryon a proper block.

After this, Daedryon left a final message on Castlepedia:

UESP

In late July, Daedryon joined UESP. One of the first things he did was to suck up to UESP founder DaveH:

How's it goin, eh? You're in Toronto eh? I'm in good ol' Niagara Falls! Glad to see a fellow Ontario-ian here!

Needless to say, Daedryon wasn't a popular user. He argued with The Imperial Library users; he feed trolls; he was blunt and harsh with newcomers; he used personal attacks; he attacks sysops and patrollers. Daedryon loved to act as if he had actual power at UESP. Daedryon advocated harsher punishments, stricter rules, and the removal of inactive sysops, but his attempts to influence UESP policy all phailed.

On January 1, 2009, Daedryon attempted to enlist in the Mentors Program. The Mentors Program is meant as a training program. Mentors would train newcomers to be top-notch editors.

Encyclopedia Dramatica

Daedryon had many enemies on the Interwebs. He hated them so much that he wished for articles to be made about them. Unfortunately, Daedryon was too afraid to create an account. He was afraid that others would find out about him and create an ED article on him. As a result, he told his bitch AnonOfTheWeek09 to create those articles instead. Daedryon, via AnonOfTheWeek, created articles on anyone who gave him trouble, including CRoadwarrior‎ and IAmTheWalrusWiki.

Everything was working out fine for Daedryon. CRoadwarrior looked like an idiot and the IAmTheWalrusWiki was shut down. Daedryon appeared to be developing a successful career on ED — that is, until Michaeldsuarez appeared. Michaeldsuarez created the UESP article and its contents distributed Daedryon greatly, especially since Daedryon has a paragraph dedicated to him.

Daedryon then enlisted the help of his butt-buddy AnonOfTheWeek09 in order to remove that one little paragraph. This led to a long and pointless (not unlike Daedryon's cock) edit war. Unfortunately, there wasn't any sysops active at the time, so AnonOfTheWeek09 wouldn't become blocked until much later.

ED IRC

Dissatisfied with the process of events on the wiki, AnonOfTheWeek09 / Daedryon fled to the ED IRC. Daedryon then began trolling the IRC, including the SFW #wp80 channel. Penni caught wind of this and blocked AnonOfTheeWeek09 from the IRC and the wiki.

Quitting the Internet

After embarrassing himself on ED, Daedryon decided to leave the Internet forever. He baleeted his YouTube account, his DeviantArt account, and his accounts on various gaming forums. He also left the following message on a forum:

Yup. I'm leaving.

I might be back though. Never know who I'll be.

Let's just say, "Daedryon" is dead. (No, no suicidal intentions are being indicated, I mean "dead" as in the username is no more).

I made a solemn promise to never end up on EncyclopediaDramatica, and now, it seems I have.

So I shall now take my leave from the internet, killing off The Prince of Madness, Daedryon, in the process.

To the admins: Please delete this topic, as well as all of my posts after a time period of 2 weeks has passed. Thank you.

On YouTube, Daedryon left comments that suggested that he has quit the Internet multiple times in the past. He suggested that he had "several" other accounts in 2007 and earlier. One can only speculate on what these "various reasons" are. Since there isn't anyone who makes the same mistake twice, one can only assume that he quit for reasons other than stupidity. Perhaps his previously deleted accounts have ED articles as well.

On January 13, 2010, Daedryon created created a account known as User:LOLDSFARGEG2010 and vandalized this article:

Hey Michael. Allow me to fix half your spelling fuckups for you. And since I am Daedryon, I'll modify the page with my true info, since the info I provided about myself was mostly fake. I'm a newfie

After vandalism was quickly reverted, Daedryon decided to turn to a new strategy. Instead of vandalism, Daedryon was now going to attempt to desysop Michaeldsuarez from the Central Wikia. Daedryon and Tyler Warren started sending Email to Wikia co-founder Angela Beesley. After being sent thousands of Emails, Angela sent the following Email to Michaeldsuarez:

Hi Michael,

I have some complaints from Wikia users that you are creating disparaging content about them on Encyclopedia Dramatica. Though Wikia has no control over what you do on external sites, we feel this is unbecoming for an administrator of the Central Wikia. It is certainly not appropriate to take Wikia disputes you have to another site. Please can you consider revising your behaviour to be more appropriate for someone representing the Wikia community in your position? If there are problems with certain users, you are welcome to talk to members of Wikia's community team about this.
