A new and experimental field in LJ Drama Studies, the WikiEdit drama involves any sort of rapid-fire series of revisions that results in bans, page protects, and tearful "OMG WHY DID U BAN ME!?/1/1" messages.
Our first WikiEdit drama took place on December 13th 2004 and involved User:SchmuckyTheCat and Voysu fighting over Thedestructor. Several days prior, an anonymous user came in and posted a rather unflattering description of Thedestructor. All hell broke loose when killhamster made a post in doyouatecat pointing out the offending entry.
Voysu lept to defend her honor only to trip and smash her face on her keyboard, leaving a series of incoherent edits to the post that User:SchmuckyTheCat dutifully "fixed".
The debacle ended in ~~*e-HUGS*~~ after it became clear that the phantom editor was, in fact, the person the entry was describing.
